Using the d.velop helpdesk you can grant a member of the support staff access to your desktop!

To do so, a small application is downloaded from this website to your machine and started.

The application will not make any changes on your machine nor install anything!

If you exit it, it is removed immediately and the access to your machine is no longer possible!

Even, while the program is running, nobody can access your machine without your interaction.

You must actively establish the connection to the respective member of staff.

To do so, you will be provided with a ticket number on the phone which is valid for 5 minutes and must be entered

in the respective field of the helpdesk application

Click on "Go" to grant the respective partner access to your desktop.

DYou will keep your control to your desktop all the time.

However, your partner can view your actions and possibly interfere.

If you do not want to grant the access any longer, simply close the helpdesk application.
