d.velop support user-registration
In order to be able to create new tickets via the support-web interface of the d.velop AG and to access existing ones three conditions must be met:

1)
Your e-mail address must be know in our support system and you must be assigned to the company, whose tickets you want to manage.
For existing customers this is usually already the case.

2)
A valid maintenance contract for the company must exist, for which you want to manage the tickets.

3)
In oder to be able to log in to the web interface, a registration and the assignment of a password is required.
To do so, enter your e-mail address below and confirm your password twice.
After a click on "Register", you will receive an e-mail with a link for the activation of your web accounts.

Having activated your account, you can log in to the web interface with your e-mail address as the user name and the specified password.
